Every user registration requires to activate their registration by clicking the validation link which will be sent to their email. In future You may also asked to validate your postings too in the same way.

 Important Question:

I have registered in this site. But I am not getting any validation link to my email. what can I do now?

The following may be the reasons:

a. You may have typed your email address wrongly.

b. The mail which reached your inbox had gone to spam folder.

c. Due to high traffic of this site, 1% possibility is there for not delivering activation mail to your inbox.

So to get activated you shall either wait for 5 to 6 hours or please write to info@ngoseek.com or contact us through Contact page


1. How to Upload photos / images for the posting you make?

There is a ORANGE color box with a title of CLICK TO ADD SOME BEST. If you click it you shall upload upto 3 photos related to your post. Click it and add files. you shall also Drag and Drop from your PC or from any of your devices image folder.

Note: If you failed to upload photo during a posting, don't worry. You shall go to MY ACCOUNTS in top and then see the postings you made. Then Click that posting which you want to add or edit. When you click the postings you made, you shall find EDIT ITEM if you are logged in. Then you can add any photos or remove old photos. Its just easy.

2. What is the difference between uploading photo and uploading Attachments?

Uploading photo is diffent where you can upload only images. Uploading attachments at the end of the page shall be only in text, pdf, powerpoint or word file formates.
At the end of the post you shall find CHOOSE FILE button where you can upload your attachments in .doc, .docx, pdf files. and finally click pubish button. your attachments will be automatically uploaded and it will be visible to download to the visitors. Better keep the uploading file name simple (example: yourname-attachments.doc )

3. How to add video link to your posting.

Every youtube vidoes has a link which shall be taken from the SHARE option of that video. It will be look like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kx32i0MUoiA (This is example). So copy this link and paste it in the Youtube video section. Thatsall

4. How to change profile picture?

This function is not enabled now and may be enabled on happy new year.

5. For how long this service will be free?

This service will be free for ever as this is the marketing portal of AOS

7. I have uploaded my file (attachments / broucher} But when visitors click it its just opening a blank page Why?

During the file upload at the end of page. Be sure that your internet connection is good. If it is a poor internet connection, you file will open as a blank page. But you shall edit and modify your file at any time by login to your account. Do not leave SPACE on the attachments or file you upload. (Example:   my_attachments.doc this is correct   if my attachments.doc this is wrong. That is there should not be space in the file name. so add - in spaces of the file name by renaming it before you upload. Mobile Data connections may result in blank file. You shall modify that blank file by editing and reuploading by going to your MY ACCOUNT in top and by clicking your POST and you shall find the EDIT ITEM in top left corner of your POSTING.
